Yes yes I have some. I am just trying to get my fingers, toes, legs, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm just all of me lol um in working order. I would say the weekend took allot out of me, lol.

I toured the neighborhood with a Friend of mine Mr Rogers. Not only did we take the long way but the train we went on ran out of fuel and we had to be stuck a lil while ... We filled up and were on our way AGAIN.. Ty love it when you come to visit.
Sunday I took my sweet Friend Vivian ` Yes our Eccie Beauty ` To a day in the country for an awesome photo shoot. We ended up staying until Midnight I will let you use your imagination as to that turned out lol, with the two of us and the photographer Yes i have those pics to and no lol i wont share them. All i will say is DAMMIT GIRL lol. Had a blast ty for joining us.

Not even home for a hot minute and this Sterling Sensation came to me to show me how to weather the most sever of storms.
Im Thinking of getting some rest and have a day of just me time... lol

NOT this coach that I know reminded me of just how important it was to stay active and in good physcial shape. All i can say is my weekend has been like OMG all wrapped up in some have Mercy lol Ty guys i do fell like me again. Thank you for holding me together Well and all the other positions too

Dezire is amazingly right and keeping each other in extremely good physical shape is very important. Now, how you shape that "physicalness" and to what extreme is key.
