They're OK in moderation, if it's an attempt to be alternative it's usually a turnoff for me. I was with a girl once that had a septum piercing and stretched ears, and the ear thing fell out in bed and the ear lobe was dangling freely. I still have nightmares about it.

If the piercing accentuates or highlights an already attractive area it can be sexy. If it draws all the attention to itself then it leans more towards trashy.

The only part of the female body that I want to see pierced are the ears. Nose, nipples, clit, and tongue piercings are all a major turnoff for me. Piercings are like Tattoos. I've never seen one that makes a female body look sexier.
