I posted a review for gingerkay that was excepted and I don't see it in her profile I have seen her again and posted a second review today for the second visit do the reviews get posted to providers profiles automatically or does it take a week or so.

No, it is manual task and an all volunteer staff, so it gets done when the can, If the name the ladies uses is in the review it helps. If the review is done as a review and not a new thread it helps. If you use the new thread button onstead of the review button, then a review will not show up in the moderation que and everything has to be done manually including giving the reviewer credit for the review,
