Technical question??

Sorry if not in the right place guys but trying to get into chat with this new laptop and every time I try it freezes up and says "eccie no longer responding".. This doesn't happen on any other computer but this one, lol. Any suggestions??

IE 11 sucked for me, and I had to remove the update.
