Provider with the most beautiful eye makeup

What provider do you think has the most beautiful eye makeup?

This one provider in San Antonio at my request used eye liner to go past the edge of her eyes making three lines and filling in the space between the lines with different colors of eye makeup. Her eyes are so captivating when she wears her eye makeup that way.

That is the way many European women wear their eye makeup; I know because I lived in Europe for three years.

Sadly I don't have her permission to post her handle though.
