Even though some would jump to answer sex. That may not be the case.
It could be that he just needs to vent about the days problems.
It could be that he needs sunlight.
He could need respect from peers or love from a SO.
It could be the need for simple physical contact, whether a kiss on the cheek, a back rub, a touch on the arm, holding hands.
Maybe he's alone and needs the love of a woman and companionship.
Maybe motorcycle or car rides if that is your thing too.
Some may need to go for a ride, run, walk or some type of exercise.
Or maybe he needs someone to tell him to snap out of it and move on.
Although the release during sexual encounters can help briefly, but there are so many other things he may need.

The one thing a man needs when he is still irritable is to have his balls drained.

So TT had it right. The other items TT mentioned can come after balls are very well drained.

I realized that I was irritable and then when I had a good hard cum that I was all relaxed and feeling good.

Then snuggling on the couch is cool because I'm so relaxed.
