BD Gift For Myself What or Who?

I need some good honest suggestions.

I have 3 flat screen TV's, got a new car, a truck, too many computers, 2 cell phone, plenty of clothes, could use money but got some, go to the Royals too much and a trip to the casinos is old going by yourself.

Need some help only got 3 weeks to do or find someone.
