Yes, was disappointed. I saw about 4 reviews from August/sept last year that were excellent. Couldn't find any recent. I emailed and asked if she was still in the area and she responded fairly quickly. She asked me to request in p411 and I did, and we emailed back and forth on rate and time. Thought all was good
