It might help if you told us what cities you are looking at. West Texas is a huge area and all of our major towns are good to hobby in if the gents know ahead of time.

Sweet Taffy,

Cometh to Midland Odessa, the gentlemen out here will welcome you with open arms and open flies. I'm actually waiting for you to set dates... Transplant from Funky Town and I couldn't schedule with you the last few weeks I was there. Oh' and one hell of a Special you were running in Dallas too.

San Angelo and Abilene really have no permanent ECCIE providers (or quality ones to begin with) and they will usually support a quality visitor. Midland/Odessa is somewhat expensive to visit (hotel cost mainly) but you can do well there. Amarillo and Lubbock can easily be long term stops if you advertise.

So it really depends on the amount of time you want to travel, the price point of services, and the quality of them. West Texas gents always reward good providers. You just have to be patient with our schedules out here as well.

You need call a hotels to see if they are booked up by certain events. In Lubbock, the recent Texas Tech graduation booked up all the hotels.
I have made numerous trips to Clovis for work lately and had trouble getting a room since certain groups would booked up most of the hotel rooms.
I pm you some info
