Airport & Medical Center give you a pretty good central location for in-calls. Downtown is good also- although I hear some people don't like the transit/parking issues but you'll have good access for those staying in hotels down there as well as a hefty lunchtime flow of people who work in the area and prefer the convenience of proximity.
