where are photos

read several provider reviews titled with "(pics)" but all that I can see is the link to the provider's profile. Others seem to be able to see pics, though.
please help

You need to have what I think is called 'Premium Access'. Post a review and you get to see things which are kept private from the general public. Including, ROS, and some other features. You can PM a mod (they are listed at the top of the main San Antonio forum page) for a more detailed explanation and description of what needs to be done.
