I really had hopes for this documentary, but was also half expecting it to be boring. I mean, sugar's bad. Limit it. Duh?? LOL

I really can't overstate what a wake-up call it was, tho, and no matter how much you think you may know about the subject already, I guarantee you will enjoy it.

Heck yes! I loved this!!
After seeing the preview for this bought a juicer. One of the best decision I ever made. I love making my own juice.
Juice is not the best thing in the world. Juice contains a ton of sugar so beware.

Also.. There is nothing wrong with making fruit juice. The sugar in fruit isn't the big problem, it's the added sugar and etc that is put in the bottles before they are sold to the consumer.
I make 85% veg and 15% fruit juices.

I think what he is saying is watch drinking the juice only with juicers. Whether or not it is straight from the orange or not the sugar can still cause a spike when consumed like it isn't going to hurt you (though still 1000 times better than store bought)

Sounds like Alyssa is doing is right though. Keep all that healthy pulp, add the veggies. I don't know what I did without my ninja blender. Whole orange, some spinach, carrots, banana, he'll what ever sounds good.
