Lived in Vegas for 7 years. I was still doing amateurs, but kept my hand in...
The safe way is to go to a legal brothel. They'll come and get you. Probably take an hour to get there.
There are 150 pages of "entertainers." Live - nude - to your room! I'd steer clear. Most are fine, but bad things occasionally happen to tourists.
I'd check for ECCIE girls and do the same research I do for my dates here.

In my opinion ....stay away from the brothels,,,why pay 5 bills or more. Look at the red book...or the erotic review.

In the brothels, everything covered, and they nickle and dime you and put you on a timer. Fuck that.
Use eccie, redbook, TER. Agencies are decent there, I have had both Indie and Agency in Vegas with great success. But it will cost you. I managed to find some in the 200/250 range though. But normally more like 300/400 and up.
Some guys like to go the pick 'em up at the bar route, but that usually involves an upsell, not to mention more risky.

Eccie is practically dead in Vegas....you need to use TER or p411 over there.....and be prepared to spend some COIN!!!!
