review date qestion

Late night date on Saturday 5/31/14? Are we talking like real late Friday(5/30/14) night and going into early Saturday(5/31/14) morning or Saturday night about 10pm to 11:59am? Just wondering because without a time it is unclear. Its easy to screw up the date if the activities occur late at night particularly around or during midnight. Originally Posted by kiparis419

think bar or 2nd shift job.
you went to bar sat night, its all Saturday till after closing time in the the eyes of NYS and the bar
2nd shift ending after midnight, your time and work all is the day you started, not ended
Do you really expect us to post the exact date and time we see SPs???

FWIW for my own security and the security of the lady involved I never post the exact date of any rendezvous. It's aways a day or 3 or more off the review date posted in case the hotel/motel, or whatever, has cctv running that LE can use to see who was there and when. BTW after mentioning this to some ladies, most SPs agree and are glad the real date day is not actually shown! Originally Posted by Celso

yo mods or a admin,
is this ok?
if its near the 90 day repeat, that can be asked by PM.

There is no set policy on this, the rule of thumb has always been within a few days to maybe a week of the actual meeting. I don't see any problem with that as there can certainly be some security issues at play.

Thanks CC
Thanks CC.
As said, have spoken with a few SPs who for security purposes prefer the exact date of any review posted NOT be the actual date it occurred.
This is the first time I have heard or thought of this and will now become something I will seriously consider doing.

They already addressed this and said an exact date is not required.
They said in some other regions of ECCIE-land reviewers only state they saw a lady in the first, second or third week of the month, in case LE is watching her hotel/motel or whatever.....ijs Originally Posted by Celso

Or am I misreading all of this???

Way back when, I had the same question,
TBONE (at least I believe it was TBONE) told me that although ECCIE says 30 days in the guideline it is just a guideline and not a set in stone rule.

In other worlds it is up to the Moderator to use a little common sense when approving PA.
(Yes, I know, common sense in Moderators is turning into a oxymoron and is not so common anymore)

I am sure that CC will correct me if that statement has changed...
