Once it's hard, it's a barely noticeable difference if the gentleman keeps himself appropriately clean. The mistake many uncut men make is that they clean but don't dry properly and the foreskin holds a bit of musty or moist odor. Yuck.

The tip also sometimes has a slightly different texture because it is usually covered so the skin doesn't get a bit thicker because it's not as exposed to the elements.

I didn't know I was circumcised till I was watching a show, I think it was like Ricky Lake or Geraldo. They had a bunch of doctors on it and dudes trying to regrow foreskin with wights on the skin behind the head of their dicks.
