Nope this punani is tough lol. I just stand up or hover over the seat most of the time. Put the tension up to about 18 to 20. They do make shorts that are padded you know. I used to teach the class and the men tended to be in more pain than the women.

Well it's never a bad idea to work out. Losing weight is great but you got to exercise both cardio and weight training to be healthy. A lot of time when people lose weight with just diet, they end up with sagging skin, or they might be losing muscle mass instead of fat. Nobody wants that.
