Is there anything I need to be aware of in the Plaza Area

It has been several months since I have visited Kansas City area staying in the Plaza area. I was just wanting to get heads up if anyone knows anything I should be aware of to help my trip be non-eventful and drama free. I am always willing to listen to the locals who know the area better than I do. Provider or hobbyist please respond. Thanks in advance.

Personally I LOVE the Plaza.. Its a great location. Never had a problem myself

The only down side of the Plaza is the influx of urban black youth...as in hundreds...that have decided to start hanging around down there in the evenings. And they're not there to buy ice cream & take leisurely strolls to window shop at high-end department stores. The same thing happened at Banister Mall several years back & look what happened to it.

It's nice during the day though.

It shouldn't impact your safety however... in general, or in terms of working there.
