New in the Wichita Area. . . .

My head is spinning since I moved to Wichita from VA about 12 days ago. I am still in culture shock. I have noticed the folks here in the Midwest are more brash than the folks back East. I have noticed even hobby-wise, things are different here. I have many years of experience in the hobby; However, if anyone here can offer positive aspects of Wichita and surrounding areas, I'd gladly listen.

I have taken to all the parks here and the beautiful geography. Hoping to meet folks as nice as the beauty I see in the land here.
