Provider Status

Hi Mods,I am trying to get VP status and have submitted my info but have not yet heard back from anyone. That was over a week ago. Is there anything more I need to do or any way I can speak with someone. Any help would be awesome, advertising on here is limited with out it!! Thank you for your time.
