Tips on Avoiding Arrest

It would be great if some of you seasoned hobbyists could provide advice to noobies. I'm anxious to enjoy the hobby, but I have to admit I'm also nervous.

I've looked around for a posting providing tips to avoid getting busted while indulging, but I haven't really found anything. I saw a comment saying don't discuss activities until you've both touched each other where swimsuits cover - that makes sense. Is there anything else I can do to ensure that I'm safe? Has anyone ever been arrested during a visit? I suppose sticking with independent providers and visiting women that have been reviewed many times would be one way.

Hope to hear from some of you experienced boardies, and perhaps providers as well. Thanks in advance!
I suggest taking some time to read the Legal Forum in the National Section.

Two things to worry about; arrest and conviction. They are not the same. You may be arrested but avoid conviction.

Use your head. Never say anything about money in exchange for sexual activites, NEVER. On the phone, in a text, online, or even in person until you KNOW that the other person is there for the same thing that you are. How do you know? Personal contact is a good thing. Kissing, hugging, she initiates a show and tell. That is how some are testing you. If they will not touch you, try to get you to say what you want specifically, or have a room littered with all sorts of sexual devices in plain sight.....don't say anything and leave. You will probably be arrested anyway when you try to leave but keep your mouth shut. Don't try to be cavalier about what is going on. If you have to talk try NAME, RANK, and SERIAL NUMBER. One tip which may or may not agree with, if you are responding to a body rub or massage ad, have a copy of the ad and only admit that you are there for the massage. NO SEX, massage only. They are legal.

Use services like this to screen providers. Only use well known providers that have been vetted. If a new provider shows up and your little head just has to know....arrange for a public meeting for coffee or something, NO SEX for money! NO TALK OF SEX until you KNOW.

From a provider's viewpoint, I try to never discuss services before session. I feel my reviews give an idea of what can happen.
I am one that will not start things, meaning that if the guy doesn't make a move then we sit and talk until he does. Although I have given a back rub to help the guy relax.
I also try not to mention the donation - that is on my showcase. But in person, I don't even mention it. It's a given that the guy is supposed to leave it. Whether before or after the session, it is extremely rare that the guy hasn't paid.

JD is right, arrest and conviction are two different things. If you walk into a sting, you WILL be arrested, period. That's why research and trusting your spider senses is so important. But LE can be clever and devious, so what you do after you're arrested is the key. And what you do is nothing. Don't resist, but don't say a word until you talk to the lawyer you have on retainer or have their info memorized BEFORE you get caught, not after. Soliciting is a misdemeanor, similar to a traffic ticket. Except in the eyes of your family, friends, boss and society. So the legal repercussions are not particularly onerous, but the fallout might be.

Never combine a felony offense with hobby, like drug use or seeing under age providers. That will get LE's attention. If you pay attention, do your homework and don't do stupid stuff, the hobby can be safe. But recognize it's illegal and be prepared for the consequences. Play safe

I love these ads that say LE don't contact me if you do that's entrapment. Can you imagine if that really was the law?

FIRST TIP . . . "research, research, research"

Use image search . . . may have nothing to do with avoiding doing something wrong, but may keep you from wasting time with someone providing false info

Example: Fake pics, based on doing google image search

You have to ask yourself . . . who is this person if they are lying about who they are and what is their agenda?

ALSO I AGREE WITH EVERYONE THAT SAYS THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARREST AND CONVICTION, SO SAYING THAT . . . . (borrowed from another commenter on a different post today) --->

SECOND TIP
"Say Absolutely Nothing"

watch the above video, very eye opening.
Research and think with the Head that's connected to your Brain not the other one, no matter how good she looks or what she has to offer keep researching till you know she's 100% legit.

BE SAFE and HAPPY HOBBYING.....

Twice I have had sessions with new women with no ECCIE reviews. Each time I taken them to dinner first.
