provider status??????

Am I doing something wrong?
I have been trying to get provider status for a few weeks now. I have sent at least 3 or 4 emails to the email address listed and have not received anything. I have 2 reviews up and a provider who vouches for me..

help?

I only get to moderate here in the evenings and on the weekends if I am not out and about. The day job has been quite intense recently and I have not have the amount of time to moderate that I would prefer. I am sorry I did not handle your request as quick as you would prefer but as you can see, it has been completed.
