As the Old Adage says…”Go Big or Go Home”, if you would not mind Ms. Madisson imparting some of your expertise regarding different Cities and Areas of the Country to me. I by no means am comparing myself to you…your Reputation is almost Iconic in the Industry, never the less I believe we do attract similar Demographics in Gentleman that are attracted to OUR Caliber of Companionship. Speaking of the Nation as a whole…which Areas and in particular which Cities do you recommend as being the most Lucrative to Visit; based on factors such as Length of Visit, Age of Clientele, Profit to Expenditure Ratio?

I do well in Nashville but have never been able to break into Birmingham. On the other hand, a provider that I have known for a while and we are very similar in clientele does well in Birmingham but not Nashville!
There is not a secret formula or one place that is more lucrative than than the other that you can take to the bank! Last year, I went to St Louis and Kansas City. St Louis clients grew in numbers but Kansas City did not. Yet I saw the same demographics in both cities.
The one piece of advice I can give all everyone reading this thread is to step in advance cities you wish to target as a new market. Choose a city that you will enjoy going to, not just for the money but because you find that city interesting. It will help you relate to those who are from there!
Once you pick a couple fo cities to add to your tour (or to start out with), realize and budget your money to doing the right marketing in that city. Utilize as many boards as you can that are reputable. AND... plan on making at least three trips to that city or area over the next 6 to 9 months. A number of hobbyists won't see the new girl who is just passing through one time. They may wait to see what others say about them and then schedule an appointment on the second or third trip. Be prepared to NOT make the best money the first trip.
Like anyone who is in sales, a territory must be seeded and developed! Make a plan and stick to it!
That is what a have done each time, though Kansas City was only twice before I decided to eliminate it. It has worked for me in St Louis, DC, Baltimore and Nashville... my best touring cities!
Smooch!
