Shreveport or Bossier City?

Hello everyone, I planned on visiting Shreveport 8/5-8/7. Ive visited a few times before and I was treated very well. Ive always stayed in Shreveport near the airport. Would it be worth changing it so that I stay in Shreveport one night and Bossier City the next? I have never worked in BC before. What are nice and safe areas to stay in BC? Any info from the fellas or ladies is appreciated.
If by the airport, you mean Monkhouse Dr? Then stay both nights in Bossier. There are plenty of safe places to play just be careful about it.
Well in Shreveport I'm staying off 20 & Pines. That's been a pretty nice area so far.

Just do a web search with the keywords: "prostitution arrests monkhouse Shreveport" and you'll see why you were warned.
It's common local knowledge that Uncle Leo regularly watches a motel there for "illegal activity."

Read the "Alert" section on here and you'll see Monkhouse drive mentioned often.
Thanks guys. I will be sure to steer clear of Monkhouse.

I know the area you are talking about staying, Kaci, and it is fine. Couple miles down the road is trouble. It really isn't worth it to switch between the two though. Gentlemen in either of those towns would gladly drive to the other to see someone they want to spend time with (or I know I would).
Thank you Billdwyer18.
