Helping my friend get registered?..

Hello my friend and I want to start using eccie. I obtained a login months ago but havent posted yet. My friend has no login and I tried to use my username as the reference in the register section but it did not work. Does it have to be a different kind of eccie member other than a provider to refer new people?

Your friend should be able to register for an account on her own computer without a problem. What message is she getting when she attempts to create an account?
