where to post?

So I was traveling from mid Oklahoma to KC. along the way I stopped and made a mistake of a stop, the review will tell you why. I am from KC and I seen her in Pittsburg KS. So do I post the review here or in the closest place to her? Or, does it matter?

The KC/Kansas forum would be correct if it happened in Pitt KS.
