Need help attaching my review to provider

I posted a review for a provider on 4-15-14, but has not been attached to her showcase, I left the (Mz) part out her name in title of review, so I guess it didn't link to her name could someone please help, she just brought this to my attention!!!

I did not see one you posted on 4-15 you have one on 4-11 and one on 4-5 but those were assigned. You can RTM the review in question, but I show those two reviews were assigned. If they mean adding to their showcase then they have to do that.

It was the one for 4-5-14, Mz Chloe Rae, I will let her know she must.attach it to her reviews. I just left the Mz part out of her name in title, didn't know it made that big of a difference.
