premium access for reviews?

Do we still get premium access for reviews? I noticed I haven't been able to see ROS on reviews. I just did a review. See link.

Does it have a little bar across the top of your review page that says "pending moderation"? It sometimes take a day or two for a mod to get to them.

But, IMO, its not much of a review. You may or may not get PA credit for that one.
