Including links to everything involved saves staff time and reduces the wait time for verification.
I would recommend that you send your vouch the same day that she sends her request. We get so much email every day that keeping relevant info close together improves the outcome.
It is not recommended to PM the info to a particular staff member. He might happen to be unavailable for some time. For example, I recently spent several weeks outside the US and had very poor internet connection. I tried to keep up, but sometimes I failed. I am still playing catch-up. Requests and info sent to
dallas@eccie.net, as directed in the VP request instructions, puts that info in front of all staff.
