Ice Bucket Challenge.

You've been seeing it all over social media this week. The Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS. How about the providers get involved in this. It's easy, dump and bucket of ice water on your head and then challenge someone to do the same. To up the challenge, I'll donate $5 per provider who does this and posts the video here. Any guys out there that would want to match my donation?

PS. Someone will have to volunteer to dump the bucket of ice on me. I have another 4 weeks to go before I can lift anything over 10 pounds. Pretty sure hefting a big bucket of ice water over my head is a no-no for now. Stupid gall bladder.

Well, myself and my supervisor, who btw are the only 2 men in our department got volunteered for this on our mandatory OT Saturday. So I will let you know how long the pain last, of course I am going to wrap Mr. happy up well, these girls know what they are doing!

You'd probably need to jump in the shower -- or a hot tub -- to warm up after doing that!
