ISO GFE (LFK/DFK and BBBJ) in BCS?

So while there are more options now in BCS almost none of the ladies involved offer a GFE where that is defined as including LFK/DFK and BBBJ.

(FWIW I almost always pass any YMMV tests)

If anyone would like to step forward either here *or via PM* I'd be interested.
