I need relief!

I went to padre Island this weekend and have a very bad sunburn . Thought I would see if any one felt like sharing their favorite ways to help ease the pain from a bad burn. I would really appreciate any advice, thanks!

On a serious note., try this! Cool In fridge for 30 mins and apply a couple times daily. Feels really good

its called Foil a gooey liquid, but it heals burns better than anything. If I see it some where I'll send you a PM.

Aspirin or another ibupropfen etc. internal med.

Aloevera for sure external.
Hair of the Dog...Apply Crisco, Lemon Juice, or baby oil, then go back outside, lay on a car hood and enjoy.
