How to Edit my review

Just saw my review and realize that I misspell the provider name.
How do i go about to edit and change the name.

You have up to an hour to edit the review after that the staff must edit it for you. If an hour has passed I will gladly do it for you.

Does that work the same way with a reply made to a review or to a thread? Will the staff edit or delete a reply if the person who wrote the reply requests it.?
