Provider Status?

I have reviews.. Any way I can get provider status???

there is a link in my signature block with instructions on how to obtain Verified Provider status

Here are the requirements

1. website address (your website or advertising site)
2. referral from another provider or hobbyist
3. links to reviews from recognized members (any site)
