You don't see this too often at an AMP

Is the undercover officer going to be charged for performing a massage without a license?

No cuz it says "The one customer who walked into the business looking for an actual massage was turned away by police, charging papers said."

Take care out there.
I used to live in San Diego and the police pulled the same stunt of taking over an AMP that they had busted and ran it for a few days catching quite a few customers. So this is not an unusual activity - it can and does happen.

Well what about the guys that the popped. I'm sure they didn't just walk in and say please tug me. And as if the only guy that didn't get arrested walked in and said I'm here only for a massage and I'll pass on the tug.

I would be pissed if I was massaged prior to my arrest by a LE officer that wasn't a licensed therapist. Surely that is illegal.
