Is chat broke

I have tried logging in from 2 different computers, with no luck. Is it down, or am I not allowed in chat for some reason.

It may be down if it's not working from 2 separate devices. The tech forum may be a better place for answers or in the alternative a chat mod will respond to this with in a few hours.
