For chopped pork, especially outside slices, and nothing else, Lexington #1: for chopped pork, hush puppies and sweet tea trifecta, served by a gal with big blue eyes who calls you 'sweetie', Red Bridges in Shelby; for ribs, 12 Bones in Asheville; I am also partial to grabbing a platter at Parkers in Wilson. I guess I'm a 'que hound.
