Thinking of visiting Houston Monday maybe :)!!! (Good places in town, Food?)

I'm thinking of making a trip to Houston on monday and was wondering of its worth the trip down and we're some good places to stay and eat are? And information would be greatly appreciated

The shopping is superb, a huge Starbucks on the corner of post oak & westheimer if you want to meet a potential client in a safe location. Restaurants in area are fantastic but most importantly it is central for all clients and you avoid the stigma of busts that are occurring in the downtown area.
