Guys opinion on in call location?

I know that when I have an appt coming up, I always make sure my house is clean, candles lit, always smelling good. Ive been seeing some of these reviews about how the guy walks into the house and it looks like an episode of hoarders!?!?! If there is ever clothes or something visible in my room, I always excuse my mess and I've always gotten the response "oh your fine I don't mind, I didn't come here to judge your house" or something along those lines. My question is, does it matter what the in call location looks like to you guys? Would that make or break an appt if the girl had piles of shit up to the ceiling?
There are several girls I won't see because of their in call conditions.

Im not paying to see Pigpen. Open suitcases, some clothes laying around, OK

Fast food bags from days ago, towels all over the floor, open condom wrappers on the nightstand, a bathroom that I would come out dirtier than when I went in...not so much.

Should be somewhat neat and clean.
I've seen neat prostitutes and not so neat prostitutes.

It's funny, when the pussy is good enough the white gloves usually go away.

When I find a clean incall I just say, "I can't afford this," and move on. Not quite.

I've never walked but I've not returned for the reason of incall condition.
