A ncns is not correct, meaning no call no show is not correct it was a call each time to cancel appt because something came up, I travel from killeen to north Austin so I need ample travel time to and from, so a ncns is not correct tammie

I'm sorry but you never called or texted to cancel, not even when I was in Killeen. Only heard back from you once when I contacted you AFTER you didn't show up the last time.
