Tell me about it. had to wait almost an hour and a half for my will call tickets
Then they added insult to injury by claiming in a non-apology that they didn't know how many will-call tickets had been sold, and hadn't expected so many. Somebody should be fired for that nonsense: OF COURSE they knew how many tickets of each kind had been sold. They CHOSE to under-staff the check-in desk. They CHOSE not to send more staff right away when the problem became obvious.
