Ok so quick question so I hear a lot about theft and I have been doing a lot of research lately so if something goes down do you handle business or call the cops or take off and call it a loss?
If you plan to file an insurance claim you must file a Police report first

Minor incidents can be reported to SAPD via an online report. I learned this after I had someone try to break into my car. No involvement of an actual officer and I did get a case number for my insurance claim.
That will be good ..I was robbed by a hooker...which is illegal ... try explained that to a cop....just forget the loss
Ive actually called the police on a client and admitted how we met and that he damaged.my property I guess it truly depends on the officer involved but they thanked me for my honesty and arrested him.
They are much more worried about people burglarizing or ripping people off than johns and hookers.
if the john admitted to seeing you that way and the cop didn't take you both to jail for prostitution then the believe it or not the cop broke the law and the John could get him off ijs. its like when the D boy gets robbed and calls po po.
Glad you weren't hurt though and agree with him them taking him down.
Hiring an escort isn't illegal. Nikki didn't report that he didn't pay her for sex, she said he damaged her property.
In my opinion, when people make incorrect statements like this it discourages other from reporting crimes they should report,
True she wasn't clear about the transaction but my statement holds if she did in fact have sex
We didn't have sex he came in drunk and broke the flat screen tv then refused to leave. Prostitution is a misdemeanor that usually involves no actual jail time. Seems worth it to me. Cops bend the rules when your honest and helpful. More worried about drunk guys attacking hookers than hookers being hookers.
Oh and if anything it would have been solicitation of prostitution. You have to be literally having sex to have the charge of prostitution. Usually only sw get that charge because they are easier to catch in the exact act.
Thanks for clarifying! That makes better sense than the way it came across initially. I totally agree that dealing with drunks is crazy and they shouldn't mess with you stuff or try to harm you!
BTW nice new profile pic of you! Don't know why someone was talking shit about you on another thread but oh well you still sexy skinny girl
A girl stole my virginity once.
If you were just "buying time" you shouldn't have any problem calling the cops on a service vendor who stole your money and/or property. No different than if an exterminator or plumber ripped you off.
Be careful but not paranoid.
I handle business. Rip offs talk never gets old.
