Referrals vs Reviews

I understand reviews, how does one get or give referrals? I have 6, just curious how that happens on eccie?

I see them at the bottom of my showcase...

Have you seen clients that did not know about eccie, and you told them?

When they signed up for eccie they must have stated you referred them to here.

At least that is my understanding
