Knoxville???

So, I've visited Memphis and Nashville and have had a wonderful time in both cities. I'm now thinking of expanding my touring region, and I've been thinking about visiting Knoxville. Could any of you gentlemen give me any feedback on it? Like where is a good place to stay if I go, etc?

Stay on the west end of town, Cedar Bluff, or Turkey Creek area.
