Newbie friendly providers??

So as I'm easing my way into this hobby someone recommend I get an P411 account as it will make things go a lot smoother in the future, thing is I didn't realize I already needed solid references before I could even get onto P411 according to their terms of agreement. So I guess that means I have to find a provider who's accommodating to a newbie like me who has no references to lean on? If this is the case can anyone point me in the right direction to who's newbie friendly? A lot of the ladies here seem hold a firm 'No Newbie' policy which is understandable, but I've gone through a lot of ads already and I'm really trying to start somewhere. Any further help/advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
