No point to this post, just a rambling observation....
Another post had a photo of a lady from South Africa. If I hear or think of the name of that country I'm reminded of a girl I met. I was at one of the Keeneland sales and she was a groom that brought out a yearling for me to look at. She was 25, blond, blue-eyed and beautiful with a killer South African accent. I talked to her for all of 15 minutes. This was 24 years ago and I can still see and hear her vividly. Why would I remember something so strongly when it would probably take me several minutes to recall which providers I spent time with two weeks ago?
