Christmas

Christmas is coming and its time to think of gifts for people.
There are millions of charities out there that can always use a donation.
Looking for something for that person who has everything - Donate to a charity in their name and see them light up!!

Finding a charity to donate:
look in your own home town, support locally... National charities always get funding, local charities don't.
Find out what the person is passionate about and then find a charity based on their passion.
Local restaurants usually have giving trees set up, grab a ticket off it and but the item for one of the local kids that they are trying to help.

I am passionate about horses and their is a local rescue that I know is in need so I donate to them and am always looking for people that will donate hay/alfalfa etc....

I also watch throughout the year for 2 families that are trying their best to survive and then go and buy them all the stuff for Christmas dinner and gifts for their kids. I leave the stuff on their door step anonymously.

I donate anonymously, because I don't do it for my ego and want nothing in return.

I am very active in recovery so I usually help people that are in recovery and trying their hardest to stay in recovery and raise their kids. Most don't have jobs or can't get one due to where they are and holidays is a big relapse time because of not being able to due for the kids. They give up
