When I read the article a few days ago, my interpretation of it was a discussion of the rates are going down ... overall, through the decades.

Not so much about apps.

Probably should save this link when guys start complaining about rates. They really are a LOT less, overall, than they were several years ago. And more.

That's a shame.

I could see adopting the Uber ride share app pretty easily to find the nearest available provider....with some filtering criteria on the front end. It is a ride of sorts afterall.
