Would you see

A provider that has been arrested.Would it matter if she informed you before a session or you discovered it doing research.Would it matter if the arrest is hobby related or not.I've noticed some BP ladies advertise 420 friendly ads.

I certainly would, I would need to see her background though. If I know and not just through hearsay, I mean I know, then I have her true name and I can run a background check and view lots of info on her. If I see several arrests than she is too racy or lackluster in her screening and "no" I will not see her. If she has one prior arrest, I would not hold that against her, everyone has a learning curve. I would ensure my own safety by being very, very careful in any info I gave her. Just me.

I one of the women that were arrested in the Christmas Party arrest last year and she is super busy. Of course she’s gorgeous, smart and all that. I have parties at my place in Houston frequently. Likeminded guys and girls attend. I invite this particular lady to my parties which, to my of thinking, is akin to a gentleman seeing a girl that has been arrested.

I wasn’t at the party last year, but from what I’ve heard, none of the soliciting charges were prosecuted successfully. Don’t know about any of the possession charges, or the men that were arrested. Honestly, you’d think there are much more worthwhile activities in the world for the authorities to dedicate their resources to.

Hmm...as a provider I can't really answer that, but I tend to have a problem seeing gentlemen with records...so I'd understand a gent not wanting to see a lady who'd been arrested. As long as a gent hasn't been arrested for something violent (asault, battery, etc.) or something socially inappropriate (i.e. child endangerment or something like that), I'm fine with it. DUI's and the like are not really an issue for me, but if he'd been arrested for something that could be dangerous to me or showed his lack of respect for another person, then I'd have to decline.

I would think a gent's opinion would be similar. If a lady had been arrested for doing something that could endanger the gent or implied that she was not actually as careful as she should have been...then he should likely see someone else to be safe.

I agree Nina the arrest would matter to me, I just assumed the prior arrests were for solicitation. That would not bother me nor any DUI's.

Agreed. Drunkenness isn't hot at all. Its also dangerous. I need you to have your wits about you when you're with me so that (1) you maintain the level of respect and decorum that I offer you, and (2) you can take care of yourself. If you're stumbling, that will draw attention. Loud talking...again, attention AND not hot. Needless to say, it can also cause some...ahem..technical difficulties too. If you can't have fun with a lady sober (1-2 drink max), then you shouldn't meet with me.

Can it be assumed some ladies have hobby related charges. If she continues can it also be assumed she has waited until everything is clear and improved her screening.

Prince I try never to assume anything. I am sure some ladies do have charges. It really all depends. I know of ladies that got busted and like said earlier there is sometimes a learning curve. For me if I were a guy it would depend on how many times and if they learned from their mistakes. I would figure out how long ago she had such an event and for my own safety would wait til things cooled and go from there. See if it happens again or if she might be working with LE. Good things do cum to those who wait.
