Gambling laws in Texas are strange. Take a cruise ship from Galveston and it is like Vegas at certain mile from coast. Texas lotteries, horse races, dog races,Bingo are OK. Other gambling ? Baby save your money. From your showcase photos i would like to donate funds into your savings account next week.LOL

Cindy, if you are in Dallas your best bet is over the boarder in Oklahoma. While I know there are many gambling options in Dallas, none are legal and therefore none are safe. 1 hour drive north isn't worth saving versus your personal safety.

Most of the games rooms are shut down. I know in the past you had to know someone who knew where they were at, as they are underground.

I've heard of a few but they are all illegal and with some shady characters...and they do get raided. You don't want to get caught up in that mess. I love to gamble but I just drive down to Durant and have a good time or even just hit the local Dave and Busters. I once had enough tix that I bought an iPad there! It's not so bad!

Very true, maybe one of the nice gentleman will take you. it would be even better if they would take us both.

Casino gambling is illegal in Texas however couple of miles get into OK and it legal. Cruise gambling is only legal in international waters
