need help

i took a break from the hobby for a few months. at first i forgot my log in info. after figuring that out now i am unable to post ads in the provider section. i have pmd a few moderators 1 wrote and said my account was reactived. however i am still unable to post do i need to start over or is there something that can be done.

We need to get your VP status restored. If you don't sign in at least once every 90 days you get downgraded. I'll ask the admin to get you set back up.
